Long-standing UK partner for nitisinone and sapropterin joins the Dipharma Group.

Chiasso, Switzerland, November 6, 2026 – Dipharma SA (“Dipharma”), a Swiss specialty pharmaceutical company developing improved medicines for rare diseases, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of LogixX Pharma Limited (“LogixX”), a UK specialty pharmaceutical company based in Theale, Berkshire. The transaction gives Dipharma a direct commercial presence in the United Kingdom and brings together two companies with shared values and a common focus on patients living with rare chronic diseases.

Founded in 2010, LogixX markets medicines for rare and metabolic diseases in the United Kingdom, supplying the National Health Service (NHS) and homecare providers. LogixX has been Dipharma’s UK partner for nearly 10 years, commercializing Dipharma’s nitisinone and, since 2023, sapropterin dihydrochloride.

The acquisition makes LogixX the platform for future Dipharma product launches in the United Kingdom, with the Group’s development, regulatory and quality expertise supporting the expansion of its portfolio.

LogixX will continue to operate under its existing name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dipharma. Michael Close remains Chief Executive Officer and the LogixX team continues in its current roles.

The acquisition was completed through the purchase of LogixX’s parent company, LogixX Pharma Holding Group Limited. LogixX’s fertility business, which now operates as a separate company, was not part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
